For Restaurants: We collect registration data such as the commercial registration, contact information, address, password, and acceptance of terms and conditions.
For Customers: We collect information like name, mobile number, email, and password. Customer registration is optional, and the data provided during registration is for verification purposes only.
Any data you enter or update on the platform periodically will be collected.
The platform does not aim to collect personal data beyond what is required for registration and services.

(3) Payment Data

We process payment data to facilitate subscription payments and service fees according to the platform’s policies and packages.
Payment data, including electronic payment details, is encrypted and secured by payment service providers.
Payment-related data may be processed by banks, payment gateways, or institutions responsible for verifying transactions.
We process data provided through the "Invite a Friend" feature to manage gift card transactions.

Restaurants provide their address through the platform, allowing customers to access them via this data.

Registering on the platform is considered prior consent to receive messages from the platform.

We collect data provided by restaurants to display their services, including interactive menus.
Service content is publicly accessible, and reviews are visible to all users.
The platform reserves the right to use content and reviews for promotional purposes.

Users can subscribe to newsletters independently by providing an active email address.
Subscription implies consent to receive promotional emails. Users can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us or clicking the link provided in emails.

(7) Automatically Collected Data
